Developed in partnership with the ND Department of Instruction and the AIM Institute for Learning & Research, this course is designed for educators who are committed to learning about the connection between reading research, theoretical models of reading, and best practices for language and literacy instruction in the classroom.
Afterschool Quality Coaching

This 5-week combined book study and course will guide afterschool program supervisors through a coaching model that can be utilized in any out-of-school time program setting to support staff, implement a culture of coaching, and achieve positive youth outcomes. Participants will learn the coaching model and practice full coaching cycles with guided reflection with peers. Can be offered virtually or in-person upon request.

Child Care Aware of ND Start-Up Coordinators help navigate opening, running or expanding a child care business, from the planning stages all the way through the first year of operation. Start-up Coordinators offer monthly virtual and in-person support on child care topics that can be customized to wherever people are in the planning process.
