SEEDS of Early Learning for 3 to 5 Year Olds

Participants will engage in:

  • In-person training offered in various satellite sites

  • In-person coaching to support social, emotional, and equitable academic growth

  • Monthly peer learning & networking with other programs

SEEDS of Early Learning for 3-5 Year Olds is a quality initiative for programs serving children aged 3-5 in public/private education, Heat Start or NDDHS Licensed care center/group facilities. Programs will receive training and coaching to support social emotional development and help children be on track for kindergarten readiness.

Program benefits:

  • Receive a stipend per classroom

  • 20 hours of FREE Level 2 Training

  • Incentives provided at each coaching visit

  • Continuing Education credit available

SEEDS of Early Learning Family Child Care

  • Virtual learning

  • In-person coaching

  • Monthly peer learning and networking with other programs

SEEDS of Early Learning for Family Child Care is a quality initiative for providers who are serving infants and children up to age 5. Providers will receive training and coaching to support social, emotional, and equitable academic growth.

Program benefits:

  • Receive a stipend to support program implementation

  • 20 hours of FREE Level 2 Training

  • Incentives provided at each coaching visit

SEEDS of Relationship-Based Infant and Toddler Caregiving

  • In-person coaching

  • Monthly peer learning and networking with other programs

SEEDS of Relationship-Based Infant-Toddler Caregiving is based on years of research about child development, brain development, and how trusting adult-child interactions help children learn. This course will empower caregivers by increasing their understanding of infants and toddlers, how their brains are developing, and how to build the connections and trust that are essential to a child’s growth and development.

Child Care Aware of ND Provider Training Opportunities

Child Care Aware of ND offers various trainings throughout the year which include:

  • Online, self-paced courses are available 24/7 and include a quiz or Evidence of Learning for providers to apply their knowledge and skills.

  • Online Zoom courses are offered at a variety of times throughout the year on various topics and are easy for anyone to access from anywhere across the state.

  • Face-to-Face courses give providers the opportunity to interact with leading experts in the early care and education field as they present the latest trends, research and hot topics.

  • Trainings To Go offer programs the opportunity to bring a specific training of their choice to their individual facility to meet the programs needs
