School-Based Medicaid

South East Education Cooperative’s School-Based Medicaid Consortium works with special education units across North Dakota to access available federal reimbursement dollars for medically necessary services provided to students as specified in their Individualized Education Plan or IEP.

SEEC uses Relay's Medicaid claiming software to effectively and efficiently record, submit and review claims for reimbursement, advocates for school-based Medicaid at the state level, and provides training, technical assistance, resources and tools to create an effective program within the unit.
