Math Science Partnership

The Math Science Partnership (MSP) presented engaged teachers in three main focus areas:

  • 21st Century Skills and the 4Cs (communication, creativity, critical thinking and collaboration);

  • Project-based Teaching – specifically highlighting ND Skills Modules and Buck Institutes Gold standard); and

  • Project-based Learning– including STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Arts and Mathematics) and the Engineering Design Process).

A lasting result of the MSP grant is the Community of Practice that has been formed by the partners (see list below) who are creating a database of projects aligned to content and can be used in the classroom by all MSP partners and participants, past and present.
